Hi, my names Dan'na and I'm the founder of Prabaya Organics. For me, Prabaya is so much more than a skincare brand, it's a reflection of healing, self love, and the beauty that comes from nature and inner balance. The name Prabaya was born from the words Prabha (meaning radiance and glow) and Ayurveda, a reminder that true beauty begins with harmony between the mind, body and spirit. Every product I create is rooted in this belief, that caring for your skin should feel grounding and intentional and deeply personal.
Prabaya represents my own journey of learning to slow down, reconnect with nature and rediscover my glow, inside and out.
At Prabaya, we create luxury, natural and organic food for your skin. We have created products that follow basic Ayurvedic rituals and traditions to enhance the mind, body and spirit. Self-Care is important and to us a form of meditation. Rituals can help clarify the mind, de-stress and maintain the youth of skin.
Why should i choose Prabaya? In most well known brands added chemicals, fragrances and parabens (alongside many more) are all used to enhance the formula, feel and the shelf life of products. These chemicals are known to be harmful to the body. It is even studied that some ingredients increase the risk of cancer.
Your skin is the largest organ of your body and since it is porous, it absorbs 60% of whatever you put on it. The average women ingests 5kg of toxic sludge every year through their skin, this can cause and contribute towards many health issues.
We say No to all of these un-needed chemicals and say Yes to nature.
But at Prabaya, it's not just about the products. We are branching out in new and exciting ways to help spread the word and teach people how to make their own wellness products, alongside gaining an understanding on what to avoid in cosmetics. We are also branching out in the education sector and are working on a cosmetics workshop to take to schools and universities teaching them the science behind what goes into making cosmetics to help with their GCSE'S. We hopefully will be teaching our first class soon to a class of year 10's enrolled in Hair and Beauty GCSE. More coming on this soon. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
